Installation is the Hard Part
A floor system is only as good as the day it goes down. Substrate moisture, surface profile, ambient temperature and cure windows all have to line up, and on a working site they rarely volunteer to. Partners Contracting exists so the group can stand behind the installation as well as the material.
We install flooring and epoxy floor systems for commercial and industrial clients across Michigan. We are licensed and insured, and we treat the schedule as part of the scope: if the floor has to be back in service Monday, that is the job we quoted, not an aspiration.
Because we sit inside the Northeastern Group, the product and the labour come from the same place. There is no gap between supplier and installer for a problem to fall into.
