The Floor You Want, and the Prep That Makes It Last
A resinous floor is the right answer more often than people expect. Epoxy, urethane and polyaspartic systems go down seamlessly, take heavy traffic and spills, clean up with a mop, and can be finished anywhere from a plain gray workshop floor to a flake or quartz broadcast that looks like a design decision. Garages, workshops, basements, showrooms, kitchens and plant floors all end up here.
The catch is that nearly every coating failure we get called about traces back to the concrete, not the coating. Moisture that was never tested for. A profile that was never opened up. A crack filled with the wrong material and telegraphing through six months later. Get the substrate right and an ordinary system performs; get it wrong and the best product on the market delaminates.
So we stock the whole sequence: repair, prep, coat, protect. We carry the equipment to do it as well, including grinders available for rental rather than purchase. Bring us the slab condition and the service the floor has to take, and we will spec the sequence rather than sell you a bucket.
